Pay It Phorward is a monthly peer-to-peer program that aims to provide a small monetary lift to help individuals and businesses during the COVID-19 crisis.

Why Pay it Phorward

Everyone is impacted by the COVID-19 crisis right now, some more than others. This is a short-term, grassroots program that offers extra assistance to those dramatically impacted by the crisis. Let’s try to pay it forward for those in dire need.

The model is a simple one.

  • Donors give money each month. While we suggest increments of $25, $100, or $250, you can give as little as $5 per month, and there is no limit as to how much you donate.

  • Applicants apply for an award based on how the COVID-19 crisis has impacted them and/or their businesses.

  • All of the money raised in one month will be awarded to a single applicant.*

  • The following months, we repeat the same process. The more we raise, the more impact we can have for the applicant.

*Minus any fees charged during the transaction by banking institutions
